Major milestones included the introduction of "Soft Caps," Google Ads integration, and enhanced postback flexibility that gave networks and advertisers more control over traffic management.

v3.2.0 Feature Release Notes
- Added the ability for networks to apply "Soft Caps" that notify you when a cap is reached instead of blocking excess traffic.
- Payment Status column added to Partners - Invoices to display whether invoices paid via payment integration (Tipalti, Veem, Paypal, etc.) are "complete," "in progress," or "not initiated".
- Added the option to download email creative files in .txt, .html or all (.zip) formats in Network and Partner Portals.
- Added the ability to filter the Conversion Report by Event Name (**Filter must also be applied for at least one offer).
- Partner Billing Settings now displays the VAT Percentage field directly underneath the Tax ID / VAT or SSN field.
- Reporting filters now use text wrapping to display offer names on two lines in order to avoid cutting off excess characters.
- Added columns for Date Created and Last Modification to the Partner Referral overview.
- Implemented a maximum number of 50 displayable rows for dashboard cards and 100 rows for all other tables and reports.
- Fixed formatting issues with mobile responsiveness.

- VAT (European Union Value Added Tax) can now be included in default and partner-specific billing details, and is displayed on partner invoice.
- Reconciliation conversions now include Conversion IP as a data point.
